The Hemcrete installation continued today in the freezing weather, and is up to the second floor. Ian Snider from Mountain Works dropped by yesterday to discuss some of the sustainably harvested wood he will be supplying to the project. Ian’s company uses horses to remove the trees that they selectively cull as part of a forest stewardship process.

dear innovators You folks are doing what I tried to do in the 1970′s here in Nebraska. I am guessing that all your hemp must be imported. I am an american farmer. A viet nam vet. What is this thing called freedom. Seems as if the draft dodgers took over while I was away and made laws that enable them to arrest anyone who even mentions the word hemp. we need our country back.
